1. Before we engage into a formal contract with your company, we will set up meeting to discuss your requirment. We will provide our professional advices on design option, material selection and any other requirmenet you may have.

2．After our contract is finalesed, if there is a request for custom tailoring in the contract, we will send our technicians to visit you for measurements.

3．We strictly adhere to national industry quality control strandard during our production.

After-Sales Services:

1. During the warranty period, if there is a quality issues arised due to any reason from our company, we will response to the issues immediately.

2. If the quality issues are found outside of the warranty peiord due to any reason from your company. We could certainly assist with the issue, however additional cost may be charged which could be varied on different circumstances.

3．Regarding to any other after-sales enquiries, we will try out best to assist your need based on the circumstances.  

4．If your company hires a new employee to take-over and look after the contract, you could inform us in writting at anytime. The order will still be made according to the original contract.
